SOPRIS Technologies, Inc. Introduces Professional Services for Delivering Advanced Service Assurance Solutions

The new Advanced Service Assurance Practice (ASAP) focuses SOPRIS’s process and operations experience, deep networking and telecommunications expertise, and it’s proven delivery capability on the pressing challenges in monitoring today’s IT and data network environments.

The initial ASAP offering is a set of services tailored to the customization, integration, deployment and operational support of solutions using Zenoss Service Dynamics advanced unified monitoring and analytics software technology. The new services also address the critical turn-up functions of knowledge transfer and change management.

With the introduction of these services, SOPRIS provides customers with a single source capable of delivering complete transformation programs – from procurement through operations – for implementing innovative, advanced, IT, data networking and cloud monitoring solutions.

In the partnership, SOPRIS and Zenoss collaborate in marketing, designing, and delivering innovative, end-to-end software solutions for increasing the efficiency of operating intelligent data centers that include virtualized, cloud-centric IT data networks. Under the agreement SOPRIS is a Zenoss software reseller.

Zenoss and SOPRIS showcased the benefits of this partnership at Cisco Live 2015, which took place on November second through the fifth, in Cancun, Mexico. SOPRIS and Zenoss are both Cisco Partners. For the conference, SOPRIS and Zenoss demonstrated a sophisticated hybrid data center solution, among others, illustrating how total cost of ownership can be reduced by as much as 60% to 75% over alternative solutions.

Over 5000 Cisco customers attending the conference from across Latin America took note.
